  1. Titanium Support: 24×7 by phone, email, support via VPN, including site visits
  2. Platinum Support: 24×7 by phone, email, support via VPN
  3. Gold Support: 9-5 Support Eastern Standard Time with 2-5 hour response time
  4. Silver Support: 9-5 Support Eastern Standard Time with 24 hour response time

Common support contract entitlements for our software include:

  • Patches for bug fixes
  • New feature releases
  • Access to the support portal

*Variable rates apply for onsite maintenance based on location and fixed rate for 24 hour service plus a per day rate.
