- Titanium Support: 24x7 by phone, email, VPN immediate response which includes up to 3 onsite
visits for maintenance per annum
- Platinum Support: 24x7 by phone, email, VPN immediate response time
- Gold Support: 9-5 Support Eastern Standard Time with 2-5 hour response time
- Silver Support: 9-5 Support Eastern Standard Time with 24 hour response time

A support contract for our services and/or products entitles companies and agencies
to receive a support plan driven by individual requirements. Common support contract entitlements for our software include patches for bug fixes, incremental feature
enhancement releases for the purchased major software releases, access to the EtherFeat Support Access Portal, as well as significant discounts off future
major software releases are also a benefit of maintaining a support contract for our products.
*Variable rates apply for onsite maintenance based on location from nearest EtherFeat
office and fixed rate for 24 hour service plus a per day rate.
